General Information

1. Abstracts should report an original work that has not been previously published or presented in other conferences.
2. Regarding presentations, at least the presenting author must be registered as a delegate to the conference after receiving notification for their abstract acceptance, and the presenting author is responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentations. Please SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT before 7 APRIL 2025 to ensure that the abstract is published in the program book.

Abstract categories 

Scientific abstracts for oral or poster presentation are welcome in a wide range of topics relevant to Policy and Action for Sustainable HealthCare 2030 theme. For review purposes, submitted abstracts will be grouped in the following sub-themes:

Submission Requirements

3. List of co-authors for listing in the abstract proceeding, if applicable
4. An abstract of 300 words or less with the following format:
   1. Should be unstructured abstract (no headings such as: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) that contains the following details:
      1. Title (maximum 25 words), clearly indicating the content of the paper. Abbreviations may not be used in abstract titles.
      2. Objective(s)
      3. Methods, containing sufficient detail to evaluate their appropriateness and novelty.
      4. Results, stated in sufficient detail to support conclusions. It is not satisfactory to state, “results will be discussed” or “data will be presented.”
      5. Conclusions reached
   2. Font name and size: Times New Roman 12 point with single spacing between lines. Title (14 pt, Bold); Author Name(s), Affiliations (11 pt); Abstract Content (12 pt, Justified; Keywords: 12 pt, Italic)
   3. Below the abstract, provide up to 5 keywords that will assist indexers in cross-indexing the article
   4. Abstract to be submitted in the Microsoft Words format only

Evaluation criteria

The Scientific Committee will be asked to assess individual abstracts on the basis of:

1. Technical merit
2. Relevance to the Forum’s theme on Policy and Action for Sustainable HealthCare 2030
3. Significance to the sub-theme areas

Technical Instructions

• All abstracts must be submitted through the Post Graduate Forum’s website : https://postgraduateforum.net/cms/
• The following contact information is required for the presenting author: first name, last name, department, institution, street address, city, state/province, country, phone number and a valid e-mail address.
• The presenting author will receive a confirmation email when the abstract has been successfully submitted.
• One of the following presentation preferences must be selected:
  • “Oral” presentation: the abstract will be considered for oral presentation only.
  • “Poster” presentation: the abstract will be considered for presentation only.
  • FINAL decision on the form of presentation (whether oral or poster) will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Forum.
